1. Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to Lotto Lens ("the App"), operated by Sushi Box Software Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using our App, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 19 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this App. If you are under the legal gambling age, you are prohibited from using Lotto Lens.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Lotto Lens is an informational tool. While we strive to fetch data from official sources (PlayNow.com, OLG, etc.), we cannot guarantee that the data is 100% accurate or up-to-date at all times.You should always verify your tickets at an official lottery retailer.We are not liable for any lost winnings due to data errors in the App.

3. Entertainment Purposes Only

Features such as "The Oracle" and "Stats" are for entertainment purposes only. Lottery games are games of chance. Our App does not increase your probability of winning. Please play responsibly.

4. Subscriptions & Refunds

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.
• Refunds: All payments are handled directly by Apple. We cannot issue refunds from our side. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sushi Box Software Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the App.
