This happens if you reinstall the app or switch phones. Go to the Settings or Paywall screen and tap 'Restore Purchases'. This will sync your active Apple subscription with the app.

Is Lotto Lens official?

No. Lotto Lens is an independent informational app. We are not affiliated with OLG, BCLC, WCLC, or any official lottery corporation. Always verify your winning numbers at an official retailer.

Is there an Android version?

We are currently focused on the iOS experience to ensure the highest quality. An Android version is planned for late 2026.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple to ensure your security. Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Lotto Lens to manage or cancel your plan.
